Required Civil Rights Online Training and Attestation

*UPDATED* Serving Our Customers who are Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Training Modules released March 25, 2020.

This course is a four-module online training. The first three modules must be completed by all Employees and Single Points of Contact (SPOCs). The fourth module is to be completed by SPOCs only. Additionally, all employees must complete the Attestation of Understanding.

• Module 1 (All Employees)
• Module 2 (All Employees)
• Module 3 (All Employees)
• Module 4 (SPOCs Only)
• Attestation of Understanding (All Employees)

Be sure to print your certificate of completion for each module and place it in your personnel file. Also, be sure you have the Attestation of Understanding completed and filed as well.
